Callum has worked in the industry for over 15 years, and holds a Degree in Arboriculture. As a freelancer he worked for over 25 companies in the UK, Belgium, Norway, Panama and Germany, where he lived near the Black Forest for several years. He's competed in International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) tree climbing competitions throughout Europe, and represented the UK at the European Tree Climbing Championships.

With this wealth of knowledge from all over Europe coupled with a very high level of technical ability, we are able to carry out the most challenging aspects of tree management safely, efficiently and with ease. We are always looking to maintain our skills and regularly invest in further training.

Put simply, we provide an unmatched quality of work within Scotland.

The trees are at the centre of everything we do, and with some species lifespans exceeding 1000 years, we feel it's important to take the time to understand the trees condition and our clients visions for the site. In doing so we strive to provide the most forward thinking, honest guidance possible to our clients.

We'll keep you informed through every stage of the process, from initial quotation to completion of works.

As well as the mandatory NPTC certificates, many of our staff have further qualifications in Arboriculture. Callum has a degree in Arboriculture and is a Technician Member of the Arboriculture Association (AA), as well as a member of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). â€‹

We are fully insured for your peace of mind, and all work is carried out in line with relevant British Standards and the AA Industry Code of Practice.

"Growing up in rural Fife, I had an unavoidably close relationship with the woods behind my village. They were a playground for my imagination, but also a place I couldn't help but respect. Today I regard trees with an even greater sense of awe; as natural monuments of enormous historical value all around us. Ancient structures of beauty, not only a part of the environment, but in themselves housing complex and diverse ecosystems. Through my career in Arboriculture I work to retain such wonders for future generations" - Callum Braithwaite
